Pixie’s Candy Parlour is a Platinum award winning Calgary candy store and Canadian candy manufacturer proudly run as a small family business. What began as a simple candy shop has grown into a family operated production and distribution centre where many treats are made right here in Calgary by Pixie herself. From freeze dried candy to cotton candy and fudge, Pixie’s produces many of its own sweets while also supplying select products to customers and wholesale partners across Canada through its federally licensed facility.

Step inside Pixie’s Candy Parlour and you will feel like you have stepped back in time. Our boutique candy shop features thousands of sweets from every decade along with a fully refurbished authentic 1950s soda fountain, one of the few remaining still operating in Canada. Guests can sit at the bar and enjoy an old fashioned float while exploring shelves filled with nostalgic favourites and unique candies from around the world.

Pixie’s Candy Parlour was founded in 2013 by Jackie, also known as Pixie. After searching for an old fashioned candy store in Calgary and finding nothing quite like it, she decided to create one herself. Pixie’s first opened in a local farmers market and quickly became a favourite destination for candy lovers. When the market unexpectedly closed part of its building after 18 months, Pixie’s suddenly needed a new home.

In late 2015 Pixie found a permanent location in her community and her childhood dream came to life. Today Pixie works alongside her family every day. Dad is known as the fudge man, helping craft Pixie’s famous fudge, while Mom helps run the store and keep everything moving. Even Pixie’s toddlers love being part of the shop and you might see them greeting customers or helping ring through a treat at the register.

Together the family continues to grow Pixie’s Candy Parlour into a destination Calgary candy shop while still keeping the heart of a small family business.
