Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We are currently shipping to addresses in Canada and the U.S.A.

If you reside elsewhere and something catches your eye, please email us at contact@pixiescandy.com to discuss payment and shipping options. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving payment.

Domestic Orders (Canada)

Calgary and area customers – there is an option in the shopping cart for you to select “Curbside Pickup” if you would like to pick up your item(s) in store or brought out to your car.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post; depending on size of package, it may or may not come with a tracking number. If you want your item tracked, please make sure to select the appropriate shipping method. Shipments can take up to 10 business days to arrive (delivery times vary depending upon location and will depend on what type of service is selected). We will notify you by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

If orders are returned because the proper address was not provided, or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order.

Canadian Shipping: All Canadian orders are shipped using regular mail with Canada Post. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 4 - 15 days for delivery on orders in Canada.

Please note: If a no tracking shipping option is not selected, if package is lost in transit we are not responsible for covering the cost if the package is lost.

Once a package leaves Pixie's Candy Parlour we no longer have control over shipping times. At that point your package becomes the property of Canada Post until it is delivered to your address.

U.S. Orders

US orders are shipped via Canada Post to United States Postal Service after being processed through US Customs. US orders can take up to 10 – 14 business days to arrive (delivery times are approximate and will depend on what type of service is selected). We will notify you by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

You will be responsible for any taxes or duties upon arrival in your country.

Once a package leaves Pixie's Candy Parlour we no longer have control over shipping times. At that point your package becomes the property of Canada Post until it is delivered to your address.

If orders are returned because of not being given the proper address, or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order.

PORCH PIRACY

With the continued growth of online shopping, more and more packages are being delivered to homes every day. This increase in deliveries, however, has raised the amount of missing and/or stolen packages and has led to growing concerns over package security.

Pixie's Candy Parlour is responsible for your package until Canada Post confirms drop off to the post office. Delivery to the location provided is in the trust and property of Canada Post from that moment on. If your package goes missing or is stolen after confirmation, Pixie's Candy Parlour is not responsible for replacing your package.

Payment Options

Our checkout process is powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the Internet. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as the leading payment processors.

If you reside in Canada, there is also the option to pay via Interact e-Transfer.  Payment must be received before shipping will take place.

Customs and Import Duties

Custom and/or Import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs and/or Import duties are charged when the package reaches its final destination. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at contact@pixiescandy.com and we will be in touch with you in a timely manner. Please note, all sales are final due to the nature of the product and returns will not be accepted due to buyer's remorse.  If your shipment arrives and an item is damaged, please email us within 2 business days of receiving it along with photo(s) of the damaged product(s), including the package it came in.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Pixie's Candy on any approved returns and must be returned in its original packaging. Once your returning item has been received and inspected, we will issue an in-store credit.
